How do you price Mapistry?

We price per location in addition to the annual license fee that covers upgrades, support, and new features.


Do you offer environmental or safety training?

We offer environmental training courses for hazardous materials/waste, SPCC, and stormwater compliance via our online learning management system. We can also export the courses if you want to use them on your own learning management system.


Does Mapistry integrate with other tools?

Yes, we can set up an integration with a variety of other systems (depending on their capabilities). We have our own API that you can use to tie to other systems.


How is data stored and is it secure? Do you share my data with regulators?

Mapistry relies on Amazon's accredited storage solutions (AWS) for data storage and regular backups. We don't share your data – you retain full ownership of all data and control over who has access.


Can a consultant use Mapistry on our behalf?

Yes, we can set up your consultant(s) as a user on your account.

How do I purchase Mapistry?

You can schedule a demo so that we can ensure we are the right solution for you and then get you set up.


Do you charge per user?

No, you get unlimited users in any of our packages.


How long are your contracts? Can I change my plan at any time?

Typical contracts are for one year, with 3-5 year contracts (with additional discounts) available for enterprise packaging. You can change your plan at any time.


Can I buy features a la carte?

Yes, Mapistry is a modular system that you can add features to as needed.

Implementation

How long does it take to set up Mapistry?

Generally onboarding can be anywhere from 4 to 20 hours per location. With complex air permits, it could be 40 hours or more. We work with our customers to devise a rollout schedule to fit their needs.


How do I roll out Mapistry across multiple sites?

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will work with you to determine a plan for implementing Mapistry at your different facilities.


How will you train my team to use Mapistry?

We do software training for all of our customers – this includes best practices for using our software for mapping, inspections, task management, etc. We can also tailor the software training for manager and executives who want to focus on analytics and site-level users who focus on inspections and the mobile app.


Can I upload historical inspections into Mapistry?

Yes, you can upload historical inspection documents into the records section of Mapistry.


Who will I be able to contact if I have questions or need help?

Once you have signed on with Mapistry, you'll have complete access to our library of resources as well as a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be there to respond to any questions you may have.
