Mr. Funderburk handles government initiated and private party enforcement litigation and regulatory compliance. A nationally recognized authority on NPDES storm water compliance issues for over two decades, Mr. Funderburk broadened his practice to include all aspects of environmental administrative compliance and litigation under Proposition 65, CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, TSCA and Endangered Species Act.

Mr. Funderburk speaks as an expert in storm water litigation and compliance having given over 150 addresses/speeches to manufacturers, government entities and bar associations in Washington, D.C. and California. Previously, he received his B.A. degree from Yale University in Engineering and Applied Science and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center
