Gary Scott
Assistant Area Manager, MMC Materials, Inc.
Gary has a Agricultural Education degree from Mississippi State University. He began his career in Landscaping and moved into he concrete industry in 2012 as the QC Director for the north half of the GTR Area of MMC Materials. During his time as QC Director, Gary has been responsible for the Quality Control of the concrete in such projects as the Davis Wade Stadium expansion at Mississippi State University, as well as the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi Facility in Blue Springs, MS. In 2020 Gary was promoted to Regional QC Director for the GTR Area, and then in 2021 he was promoted to Assistant Area Manager for the GTR Area. Gary is responsible for 12 locations, 70 employees and a fleet of mixer trucks and tankers. Gary shares responsibility for environmental compliance at those locations with Sonya Price, the Area Safety Manager. Gary is a husband and father of three daughters. He volunteers as a coach for their softball leagues and was formerly the President of the soccer booster club for their high school.
Sonya Price
Area Safety Manager, GTR / Delta Areas of MMC Materials, Inc.
Sonya has worked in safety since 2007 in various industrial and transportation capacities from hazardous waste recycling to railroad and the concrete industry. Most of her experience is with the Federal DOT and State agency requirements. Currently, Sonya is tasked with the safety and environmental compliance for 19 concrete plant locations in Mississippi. Mapistry is one of the tools she uses to make MMC Materials a leader in compliance.
Selene Jones
Customer Success Manager
Selene is a Customer Success Manager focused on helping Mapistry customers achieve maximum value out of their solution. Before joining Mapistry, Selene worked in Fintech and Wealth Management. During this time she worked closely with customers to ensure that their needs were being met. Before this, Selene studied Business at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. Her liberal arts education at Puget Sound introduced her to the different eco-conscious businesses and entrepreneurs who are finding innovative solutions to environmental problems.
