Todd is the Northern CA Area EHS&S Manager for Oldcastle Infrastructure. He’s responsible for all aspects of safety and environmental programs across the Northern California Area. Todd has 25 years experience as an EHS professional at companies like the San Francisco Chronicle, General Chemical, Chemtrade Logistics, and Bay Ship & Yacht Co. He’s also a certified Safety Management Specialist (SMS), Occupational Safety & Health Technician (OHST), Construction Safety & Health Technician (CHST) and is a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP).

Amy Dietz

Director of Environmental Compliance, Recology

Amy has worked at Recology for nearly 17 years years – she prides herself on working for a company that values its ties to the community, is committed to environmental protection, and supports a collaborative work culture – something she says Recology has provided throughout her career. More importantly, she enjoys working with a team of talented and committed Recologists!

Amy started with Recology as an Environmental Specialist in 2001, evaluating groundwater quality at Recology landfills and reviewing waste disposal applications. As part of those activities, she reviewed analytical data for soil from site cleanups to determine if the soil was acceptable for disposal at a landfill. Later, as a consultant for Recology, she managed environmental site assessments for property transfers, and continued to participate in environmental due diligence for acquisitions. Over time, she was had the opportunity to expand her role in environmental compliance and take on more responsibility in this area.

Amy has spent the majority of her career with Recology due to a variety of reasons, with the main reasons being that Recology has fostered her professional growth by providing opportunities for taking on new and challenging projects and offered formal leadership programs like Recology Leadership & Beyond.

Ryan Janoch

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Co-Founder at Mapistry

Ryan Janoch is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Mapistry, an environmental and safety software platform that empowers the world’s leading industrial and manufacturing companies to make intelligent environmental and safety decisions. Since 2014 he has been working closely with companies to identify and deliver value to their EHS and operational teams using Mapistry’s software. He is a licensed professional engineer (CA) with experience in environmental program development and implementation for hundreds of industrial sites. Ryan has led multi-disciplinary teams to develop new regulations and testing protocols as well as served on a regional air board, state regulatory stormwater committee, and national industry committees.
