The U.S. EPA under the Trump Administration has proposed several changes and reforms to Clean Air Act programs affecting stationary sources (e.g., industrial facilities and energy operations) including the “once in” guidance for Air Toxics Rules, source aggregation, and New Source Review reform. This presentation will review the key changes, discuss the status (i.e., whether the changes have been adopted through an Executive Order, guidance, or formal EPA rulemaking), and implications. Darrin will also discuss whether these changes are applicable in California and local air districts, for those locals who will be attending.
